The last few weeks spring has definitely made its presence known in Windhoek. This is arguably the pretties time of year in Windhoek. Everywhere you look, the jacaranda trees are exploding in gorgeous purple petals. The bougainvilleas and many other flowers are also in full bloom around the city. Some unexpected early rains early in the week knocked off some of the petals, but there are still enough flowers in bloom to catch you eye.
